Shipping policy, price and time
| Shipping policy We ship to most countries. All our shipping methods are trackable. We cannot ship to a PO Box and a phone number is required. If you enter a PO Box or fail to provide a phone number, we will try to contact you and if we don’t get an answer from you, we may cancel your order and refund you. We have warehouses in different countries and the shipping origin is determined by the destination address. Shipping price Shipping price is calculated at checkout depending on your address and the items weight in your cart. Typical shipping price for a small item (crop top) is 6USD and a larger item (sweatshirt) is 12USD. Shipping estimated time We process the orders within 2 business days (up to 5 business days during sales periods). An automatic email is sent with a tracking information once the order is processed. If you do not get this email, it might have been caught by your spam filter. Estimated shipping time for US/UK is 5-10 business days and 10-15 business days for other countries. If you do not receive your item within the estimated time, we will inquire, follow up with the shipping company and ultimately refund you or ship another parcel. |
Refund and return
| You can return your item within 7 days of receipt. If the item has a defect, we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that your item should not have been worn, used or washed, and still in tag. We will refund the cost of goods (exclusive of initial shipping fees) at reception of the item. If we receive an item that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost. Contact us before returning an item and we will provide you with the closest return address. We have return centers in many countries (US, Canada, France, UK, Australia, etc.). Accessories (Tights, Tie, Keychain) cannot be returned nor refunded. Items bought during SALES period cannot be returned, exchanged nor refunded. |
Duties and taxes:
| We collect taxes when shipping to certain countries. In this case, the amount of taxes is displayed at checkout and you won’t be requested to pay taxes at reception. If ever you are requested by the shipping company to pay additional taxes, please contact us in order to handle the situation. For other countries where we don’t collect taxes, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We cannot predict what your particular taxes may be. These charges differ for every country and locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for you package to clear customs. All customs/duty charges will be collected by the shipping courier upon delivery. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. These fees are not refundable. |
Lost shipments
| We are strictly responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given. If the shipping company is not able to ship to your door, the parcel may be routed to a near pick-up location. If you don’t pick it up within the provided timeframe, the parcel may be returned or destroyed. Only if the item is returned in a resellable condition, we can refund the item price minus the return fees that were charged by the shipping company. |
Sustainability
| We are low waste! All our collections are limited series. We only produce a limited quantity to ensure that no stock is going to waste. We do not mass produce, most of our designs have only 80-100 every made! Our goal is to reduce our footprint with each collection by choosing the least harmful fabrics to the environment. Going fully sustainable is expensive (without mass production), which makes it challenging to maintain good prices for you, our customer! However, the more we grow as a brand, the closer we get to increase our sustainability. Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly, from the neck tags to the bags. All our pieces are designed by us in house and all fabrics are ethically sourced from China. We only work with partners that respect the workers conditions, no child labour, no bonded labour, decent working hours, no discrimination and fair remuneration. |

| We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. |
